The journey of self-discovery is an inward journey. As we become aware of our motivations, desires, triggers and emotions we learn the keys towards living an authentic life as it pertains to ourselves. This introductory course touches on the language we use to describe our lives and reveals our inner dialogue. Sometimes this dialogue serves us on our path to mastery and other times it does not. This course will help you to begin to understand this process.
To get the most out of this course I recommend finding at least 60 minutes to work through the exercises. As the material settles in your thought field you will begin to notice how language is influencing you life positively and negatively. I have found over the years, the more time I pay attention to the words I use, the emotion associated with those words the better understanding I have about what is going on at a given moment.
